This Agreement is between Pay Yourself First ("PYF") and the business submitting the application ("Business"). It takes effect when PYF approves the application.
PYF will list Business's discount or special offer in the PYF Discounts Portal (powered by BenefitHub) for PYF subscribers and the people in their households who have portal access ("Subscribers"). There is no fee to Business for the listing.
Business confirms that it:
PYF does not accept businesses that are adult-related (sexual or adult entertainment content or products); drug-related (recreational or illegal drugs, cannabis, THC, or drug paraphernalia); or involved with firearms, ammunition, or weapons. PYF may also decline or remove any business it believes, in its sole judgment, is inconsistent with PYF's values.
Business will honor its offer for Subscribers as described in its application and will let PYF know by email if the offer changes or ends.
Business allows PYF to use its name, logo, offer description, and website link in the Discounts Portal and in PYF communications to Subscribers and affiliates. Business confirms it has the right to grant this permission.
The parties are independent. This Agreement creates no partnership, employment, or endorsement. Business is solely responsible for its products, services, pricing, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws, and will hold PYF harmless from claims arising from them. PYF makes no promise about the number of Subscribers who will use the offer.
Either party may end this Agreement at any time by email. PYF may remove the listing at any time, including if Business no longer meets Section 2.
By checking "I agree," entering their name, and signing the application, the person applying confirms they are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of Business.
